Hariri denounces shelling of Damascus Yarmuk camp

Future Movement leader MP Saad Hariri called Palestinian President Mahmud Abbas on Wednesday and expressed his “great condemnation” of the shelling of Damascus’ Yarmuk Palestinian refugee camp.
 
Hariri voiced “solidarity with the Palestinian brothers in their suffering that has become part and parcel of the Syrian people’s suffering against the tyrannical regime,” according to a statement issued by his office.

The Future Movement leader also called Iraqi Kurdish politician Barham Saleh to ask about Iraqi President Jalal Talabani’s health and wish him a “quick recovery.”
 
Talabani was admitted to hospital late on Monday after an emergency that state television reported was a stroke.
