Rockets fired from Syria
hit Lebanese territory

BEIRUT – Two rockets fired from Syria hit Lebanese towns on Wednesday, the National News Agency reported.

 

The first rocket landed between the outskirts of Nabi Sheet and Al-Nasiriya towns.

 

The second one hit the Beqaa’s hills of Janta.

 

Later Wednesday, explosions were heard in Hermel due to air raids conducted by the Syrian regime.

 

Other raids were carried out over Arsal's Kherbet Yunin, Kherbet Daoud and Wadi Al-Khayl, causing a number of injuries.

 

The NNA correspondent reported that the raids targeted roads linking Syria to Lebanon.

The second rocket hit the Beqaa’s hills of Janta.
